Our new team gear is in production and is estimated to be sent out February 2025.
How do I redeem my merchandise entitlements?
All merchandise entitlements will be sent out with your members pack. You can select the size of clothing you're after at the "add on" section of the checkout page.
Platinum and Gold Team Mates can select where they'd like to complete their Ride Day and Pit Tours in the "add on" section as well. Once selected, closer to the event, a member of the Dick Johnson Racing Team will be in touch to confirm days and times.
How do I redeem my merchandise discount?
To redeem your merchandise discount online, enter the discount code sent to you upon signing up. To redeem at track or instore simply show proof of membership to any of the staff.
Are there any limitations on who can do Hot Laps and Pit Tours?
Yes, there are strict limitations on who is and is not able to go on a hot lap, with full terms and conditions in the below link: http://stage.estwd.co/member-hub/hot-lap-info
Pit Tours are restricted to those that are 16 years and over and you must have closed toe shoes to participate in them.
Details around times and dates for Hot Laps and Pit Tours will be provided closer to the event.
I'm an existing Team Mate, why do you need my data again?
As we're launching our new platform, we're not allowed to carry over new data without your permission. To ensure we have accurate details in the new platform we're asking all Team Mates to create new logins.
