Shell V-Power Racing Team Corporate Ride Day Terms and Conditions

Guest Restrictions
All participants must be 16 years of age or over. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will need to be present at the time of registration.

For safety reasons, height and weight restrictions apply to our race/ride cars. Guests exceeding 182cm/90kg/size: L may be unable to ride if they cannot be properly seated and strapped in the car. Shell V-Power Racing Team management will make the final decision should any issues arise. 

Medical Conditions
If you have any pre-existing health condition/s, please bring a letter from your treating medical practitioner stating that travelling at speeds up to 280 Km/h will not impact said health condition. 

Legal Disclaimer
Guests are required to sign a Liability Release Form on the day prior to taking a ride. Please ensure that you are fully aware of what you are signing and that you are taking this ride entirely at your own risk.

Clothing
All participants will be required to wear approved gloves, helmet, HANS device and fireproof race suit, which needs to be completely zipped and secured by the Velcro collar. Suit sizes range from S – L – men’s sizing only. 

Passengers must wear full-length pants and fully enclosed footwear. NO high heels, ballet flats or sandals. Participants will only be allowed in the passenger seat, once they are fully “suited up” in the items mentioned above. NO privately owned helmets or suits are permitted. NO privately owned loose items such as cameras or mobile phones may be taken in the cars during the ride.

Weather Conditions
This experience can be affected by the weather. For the safety of all, the crew will assess weather conditions and act accordingly.

Spectators
Please limit spectators to 1 person.

Cancellations
Shell V-Power Racing Team reserves the right to change ride dates, locations and session times. Every effort will be made to communicate any changes in a timely manner via the mobile phone number you provided as your contact on the day to limit any inconvenience.
